MEANS is proud to showcase Blue and Yellow through Black and Gray, a joint creation of the musicians of the international Ambient and Experimental Music Community and 12 modern Ukrainian poets who recite their poems.
All of the poems presented were written during the first year of the still ongoing war. All music was created exclusively for these poems in an attempt to render the authors’ meaning through sound, communicating a host of non-verbal feelings and associations.
Each track on the album comes with its own video: check out the eleventh, Bayun the Cat – The Temple (feat. Mira Malska).
